A couple of post back I showed the Bluto fork that I had picked up. It was lightly used and a good price. They are not easy to find used and people are getting top dollar. Ready for install. Then I sold my Giant OCR Composite road bike. The sale of this allowed the purchase of a nice wheel to fit the Bluto. I went to The Stable and placed my order. It was a QBP wheel build, Novatec 15x150 hub laced to Surly Rolling Darryl rim. Very nice wheel! I also picked up a blue Surly rim strip and a couple of Q-Tubes light tubes. One for the wheel and one for the seat pack. The wheel came in and the install was completed. Ready to roll. Unfortunately I was not able to get a weight with the Bluto on. My luggage scale turns on but there is no display. I will try changing the battery to see if that is the issue. However, I would guess that it only added about 2-3 pounds which would put the bike at 31 pounds. ...
